All rates are quoted per room per night. Rates include breakfast and welcome refreshments.
Triple occupancy for the garden room incurs a surcharge of $50 per night.
Rates are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Prices and conditions may be subject to change. Children under the age of 12 by prior arrangement only. Please contact us if you require child rates.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
As we are a small boutique accommodation provider cancellations can affect us greatly and we therefore have to have a strict cancellation policy in place. Please read this carefully.
- A deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation
- If cancellation occurs more than 7 days from the date of arrival and we are able to resell the room then this deposit will be refunded.
- This deposit is non-refundable if we are unable to resell the room.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date requires payment of full amount.
- We will endeavour to resell the room(s) and if successful we will refund all costs.
- No shows requires payment of full amount.
Christmas and New Year 2012
We require a minimum of 2 nights stay between the 24th and 26th December 2012 and between the 31st December 2012 and 2nd January 2013.
No check-ins on the 25th December 2012
No check-outs on 25th December 2012 or 1st January 2013
Grand View House is available for private family or corporate gatherings. Please enquire.
