Booking and Cancellation Policy 
As we are a small boutique accommodation provider cancellations can affect us greatly and we therefore have a strict cancellation policy. 

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in day incurs a charge of the full amount of the booking - this will be charged at the time of cancellation.  No charge will be made for cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival.
No shows incurs a charge of the full amount of the booking.
